Rob Bourdon Career
Rob Bourdon's music career began when he and Brad Delson formed the band Relative Degree, which achieved some success, including a sell-out concert at the Roxy Theatre. He later joined Delson and Mike Shinoda to form Linkin Park, originally known as Xero, in 1996.
The band gained significant fame with their debut album, Hybrid Theory (2000), which went 12× Platinum. Bourdon served as Linkin Park's drummer for seven studio albums and numerous international tours, also contributing to the band's business operations.
Despite a back injury during the production of The Hunting Party, he continued with the band until 2017. After the death of Chester Bennington and the band's hiatus, Bourdon chose to step back from Linkin Park, missing subsequent re-releases and compilations. In 2023, Linkin Park reformed with new members, including Colin Brittain as the new drummer.
