Brooks Laich's girlfriend is Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir. After his split from Julianne Hough in May 2020, following nearly three years of marriage, Laich was spotted liking several of Davíðsdóttir's Instagram posts, sparking rumors of their relationship. While Hough officially filed for divorce in November 2020, Laich and Davíðsdóttir publicly confirmed their relationship in the summer of 2021. The two share a passion for fitness and often travel and train together.

“You are the best there is babe. Thank you for being on this journey with me & supporting me through it all —you make it all THAT MUCH BETTER,” Davíðsdóttir replied.
