Brooks Laich's girlfriend is Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir. After his split from Julianne Hough in May 2020, following nearly three years of marriage, Laich was spotted liking several of Davíðsdóttir's Instagram posts, sparking rumors of their relationship. While Hough officially filed for divorce in November 2020, Laich and Davíðsdóttir publicly confirmed their relationship in the summer of 2021.
