He was drafted first overall by the Atlanta Falcons in 2001 and became a star, leading the team to two playoff appearances and earning three Pro Bowl selections.

However, in 2007, his career paused when he went to prison for his involvement in a dog fighting ring. After serving 21 months in prison, Vick returned to the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009. He had a great comeback season in 2010, earning Comeback Player of the Year and a Pro Bowl spot. Vick later played for the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers before retiring in 2017.
