Throne And Liberty Keepsakes in The Sand
The "Keepsakes in the Sand" quest in Throne and Liberty takes place in the Monolith Wastelands, where you collect Resistance Emblems. First, talk to the Crematorium worker and investigate the corpse in a pit. After that, defeat 10 Desert Cobras near the Crematorium or Monolith Wastelands Waypoint. Make sure to investigate the corpse before fighting the Cobras to count them toward the quest.
Next, find the 3 Resistance Emblems on the north side of the Crematorium. The first emblem is northeast, and the other two are northwest in a straight line. The emblems are small and hard to see, but if you hover over shiny spots in the sand, they will be labeled "Resistance's Emblem." Complete the quest by returning to the worker and receive rewards like experience points, crystals, and growth books.

To get the "Keepsakes in the Sand" quest in Throne and Liberty, go to the Monolith Wastelands and talk to the Crematorium worker.
The quest starts when the worker asks you to investigate a corpse in a pit. After examining the corpse, defeat 10 Desert Cobras, which can be found nearby. Make sure to check the corpse first, or your kills won't count. Next, you need to find 3 Resistance Emblems on the north side of the Crematorium.
The first emblem is located to the northeast, and the other two are in a straight line to the northwest. Look for small, shiny spots in the sand, and hover over them to see "Resistance's Emblem."
