Space Marine 2 Weapons

In Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, Space Marines can choose from a wide range of weapons, each suited for different types of enemies.Players will need to select the right weapon to effectively battle both Tyranids and Thousand Sons.

Chainsword:

The Chainsword is a powerful melee weapon with a chain blade that cuts through anything, including Space Marine armor. It’s great for taking out groups of enemies and can finish off weak ones with ease. Ideal for facing swarms like Tyranids, the Chainsword is a strong choice for close combat.

Bolter:

The Bolter is a versatile rifle used by Space Marines, firing explosive rounds that can destroy most enemies. It can be customized with attachments for different roles. Perfect for various situations, it’s effective against both swarms and armored foes.

Melta:

The Melta is a short-range weapon that produces intense heat to melt through tough enemies and armor. Though it slows the Space Marine down, it’s excellent for burning through Tyranids up close.

    • Upgrade weapons to match your combat style and have a versatile arsenal.

Best Melee Weapon

In Space Marine 2, melee combat is very important and gives rewards like health and armor for killing enemies up close and landing perfect parries. Blocking damage only protects you but doesn’t offer any rewards. So, using the Fencing skill on melee weapons is a top priority for players.

When you land a perfect parry, it leaves enemies open for a powerful gunshot with your sidearm pistol. These shots do more damage and can either finish off enemies or set them up for a finishing move if they're weak. Playing aggressively and mastering perfect parries is easier and more rewarding than just blocking attacks.
