Who Shot Mr Burns?

Suspects include Homer and Waylon Smithers. 

However, Smithers confesses to accidentally shooting someone else while drunk, giving him an alibi. The police find clues leading to Homer but later discover that the shooter was actually Maggie, the baby Simpson. 

In a twist, it turns out that Maggie unintentionally shot Burns while he tried to take her candy.
