Is Alice Really Dead in Agatha All Along?

Yes, Alice is dead in Agatha All Along. In Agatha All Along, there’s a lot of talk about death, especially with Audrey Plaza's character, Rio Vidal, saying, "the bodies are really piling up." The latest episode shows this promise coming true, with another member of Agatha's Coven dying at Agatha’s hands.

In Episode 5, a shocking moment occurs when Teen, revealed to be Wiccan (the son of Scarlet Witch), shows his powers. After Agatha accidentally kills Alice Wu-Gulliver, Teen uses mind control on two witches, Jennifer and Lilia, to throw Agatha into a dangerous bog. This bog is known for being deadly, and while it looks like Agatha, Lilia, and Jennifer could be in trouble, they might not be dead just yet.

Unfortunately, Alice is truly dead. Agatha drains her powers and life force, similar to how she killed her mother's coven in WandaVision. Alice’s attempt to help Agatha backfires, leading to her death, which serves as a reminder that in the witch world, it’s often every witch for herself.

Though Alice is gone, the fate of the other witches remains uncertain. We've seen clips of Agatha in future episodes, so she isn't dead. It's worth noting that Rio, who stayed with Alice’s body during Teen’s reveal, might step up to help her fellow witches in the next episode.

Alice Character in Agatha All Along

In Agatha All Along, Alice Wu-Gulliver, played by Ali Ahn, is a reluctant member of Agatha Harkness’s coven of witches. Unlike the other witches, Alice initially does not believe in magic and seems to have a difficult life. She used to work as a police officer but now has a job as a security guard at a mall in Westview. When Agatha and Teen (Joe Locke) find her, Alice is feeling unappreciated and is even fired by her boss, who calls her “bad luck.”

Alice has a complicated family history. Her mother, Lorna Wu, was a famous rock singer and a witch who supposedly died on the mysterious Witches' Road. This connection to her mother and her disappearance makes Alice curious, even though she tries to ignore her magical heritage.

When Agatha approaches Alice about joining the coven, she is surprised. Despite her doubts about magic, Alice is drawn to the chance to learn more about her mother and discover her own abilities. Throughout the series, Alice faces an internal struggle as she learns to embrace her powers and confront her past. Her journey on the Witches' Road is not just about magic; it's also about self-discovery and coming to terms with who she truly is.
