Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster Infinity Mode

In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, you can unlock a special mode called Infinity Mode after completing Overtime Mode. In this mode, your only goal as Frank is to survive as long as possible in the Willamette Mall. You don’t have to worry about rescuing people or finishing tasks, but there’s a big challenge—Frank’s health slowly drains over time, so you must find food to stay alive.

However, food doesn’t respawn like before, and some places that had food, like Seon’s Food & Stuff, are closed. This means there’s a limited amount of food around the mall. To survive longer, you need to fight and defeat hostile survivors and bosses (called Psychopaths) who drop food and weapons when you beat them.

The Deluxe Remaster version makes the experience easier compared to the original. In the original, you had to play for about 14 hours straight to survive seven days, but now you can save your progress and take breaks. There’s also an option to speed up time, so a seven-day run only takes around four hours.

But if you think that makes it too easy, there’s a twist: after two or three days, tougher enemies like the Raincoat Cult and Special Forces appear all over the mall. These enemies can ruin your run and make the mode much harder. So while you have more flexibility with time, the challenge level increases because of these enemies.
