Chicago Med Season 10 Spoilers

In the Season 10 premiere of Chicago Med, Dr. Caitlin Lenox (played by Sarah Ramos) quickly shakes things up at Gaffney. Although she's not scheduled to start for another week, she arrives early during a mass-casualty incident and immediately takes charge of the Emergency Department (ED), which surprises everyone, including Director Sharon Goodwin.

She clashes with Dr. Dean Archer, who suspects she has a military background, and they have a tense exchange about her authority. Tensions rise when resident Dr. Zach Hudgins freezes under pressure and abandons a patient; Lenox fires him for not handling the situation better, claiming she had Goodwin's approval to do so.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ripley struggles with personal issues, including a break with Hannah and the fallout from an incident involving a patient named Pawel. He confesses to Hannah about his attempts to prevent violence but admits he shut her out emotionally.

Additionally, new pediatrician Dr. John Frost (played by Darren Barnet) arrives at Gaffney with a young patient from his hospital, which is closing down. He seeks help from Maggie and charms her to gain access to Gaffney’s imaging services.
