A court document reveals that new evidence has been found that could change the outcome of a trial for a woman named Gregg. The defense argues that she did not receive a fair trial.

On September 20, Gregg was convicted of first-degree murder, attempted murder, and tampering with evidence. She was sentenced to life in prison for the murder and attempted murder charges, and an additional 10 years for tampering with evidence. These sentences will be served at the same time.

Currently, Gregg is being held at a facility for young offenders, under the supervision of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).

The shooting incident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. on March 19, 2024, on Ashton Way.
